刚才看到的一则新闻：男子下载色情图片在家看被罚3000元

仅仅是查阅、复制虽然违法，但是按法规还达不到最低的罚款要求，只应该警告。所以，这起罚款事件，被公安扩大化了。甚至可以说，公安也违法了。

这起事件又开了一个非常不好的先例。未来，我们的自由度将大大缩小，我们时刻都会受到类似的威胁。弹簧又被压紧了一档。
