好贴，看了我也想试了，之前用手过渡，头发掉得厉害，最近禁了下，头发有所恢复，但就是硬度不够
问：运动是早上好还是晚上好

楼主，我一女性朋友，原来因工作压力大，有过内分失调，后来经常难入睡和睡眠不好，就吃起了褪黑素，现在好像吃褪黑素上隐了，没吃褪黑素根本睡不着，怎么办？？
